Can I speak to an actual human please

We received an email today from Jerry that read "I see you are setup on Ebay but I wanted to talk to an actual human person aout exact costs (duty? or if quicker shipper was available etc) and some technical specs (Ie: power requirements, mains power frequency, etc). Is anyone available to speak to me?"

The answer is of course yes! 100%! We can call you anywhere, anytime!
